Principal
Phil Gostelow
Phil began working with TTC in May 2018 as a singing teacher. By September he had been made Head of Musical Theatre for the College, focusing on devising a new and vibrant Musical Theatre Course for the college. In September 2022 Phil was made Vice Principal for College. He is incredibly excited and honoured to be taking on the legacy left by Chriss Campbell-Welch and leading the college forwards into a new era. Prior to his time at TTC, Phil trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. After a number of years working freelance as a Musical Director, Phil became Assistant MD on Bill Kenwright's production of Blood Brothers in 2007, taking over as Musical Director later down the line, and, eventually leaving the show after nearly 3000 performances in 2017. In 2018, Phil took on the role of Deputy MD with ‘Shrek the Musical’ on the UK & Ireland Tour. Other notable work has included working with Tony Award winning writers Maltby & Shire on 'Take Flight' at the Menier Chocolate Factory, a workshop recording with Disney legends Richard and Robert Sherman, and a keyboard player for the UK Tour of Joseph and the Technicolour Dreamcoat. As a composer, Phil has written the scores for numerous musicals and pantomimes, as well as collaborating with Danusia Iwaszko on ‘A Labour of Love’ (Theatre Royal Bury St Edmunds), ’Nativity Blues’ (Eastern Angles), and most recently, ‘Tough Love’ which received it’s premiere performance in March at the Theatre Royal, Bury St Edmunds, and was revived as part of the new writing festival at the New Wolsey, Ipswich.

Tim Major
Tim received his BA Hons. in Acting from Rose Bruford College having previously trained as a dancer at London Studio Centre under the Bridget Espinosa Scholarship. As an actor, Film credits include: KICKING OFF, ALLIES, BULA QUO, THE SCAR CROW, TWENTY FOUR HOURS IN LONDON. His TV work includes: ULITMATE FORCE, MURPHY’S LAW, EASTENDERS, HOLBY CITY, THE SINGING DETECTIVE. Theatre credits include: THE PRIME OF MISS JEAN BRODIE, A PICTURE OF DORIAN GRAY, BOUNCERS, UP ‘N’ UNDER, WEST SIDE STORY, THE END OF INNOCENCE, LIKE A VIRGIN, MOON PALACE. And if you look really carefully and don’t blink too often you will see him smooching with his wife, Melissa, in Bridget Jones – The Edge Of Reason! As a director he enjoyed a 6 year tenure at The Broadway Theatre, Barking where he wrote and produced their Christmas shows. In addition, for Out Of The Blue Theatre Company, he has directed Lear’s Daughters, Polly The Pirate, Love & Information, Dinner, An Absolute Turkey and Cacophony; For the last 7 years he has been responsible for delivering the theatre element of The Snowdome, Tamworth’s Winter Wonderland Christmas Event. For Tiffany Theatre College, he has directed Footloose, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Little Women, Sweet Charity, and most recently, Urinetown the Musical! He has written and/or produced the feature films Ellie Rose, Kill Keith, Kicking Off, Bula Quo, U.F.O., and Allies, all of which received UK theatrical releases.

Ryan Carey-Hills
Ryan trained in Musical Theatre and worked as a performer before working in education and becoming a creative. He has worked in vocational theatre colleges for over 10 years. He was previously head of vocational studies at the Urdang academy and continues to lecture in Musical Theatre around the UK. Ryan has choreographed for various corporate clients including Toni and Guy and Thompson Gold holidays as well as pantomimes around the country. Half of the writing partnership ‘Carey-Hills & Hendricks’ Ryan and Lauren have been writing for over 12 years. ‘Nursery Crimes,’ their first show, ran at the Kings Head Theatre in London in 2009. They currently have 2 works in development - ‘Wytch’ a musical thriller based on the Pendle Hill Witch trials in 1612 and ‘Tinker Bell - The Musical’ which recently had a workshop in London featuring a full West End cast including Alice Fearn, Courtney Bowman, Oliver Saville and Tosh Wanogho-Maud. Ryan has composed and arranged pieces for many events, showcases and cabarets; and has arranged music for various choirs and groups around the UK. As a composer and musician, he also works alongside up and coming Soul artist JoCee and has performed at the renowned Ronnie Scott’s; The Jazz Cafe in Camden; and Brasserie Zedel, as well as Live performances on BBC Radio London.

Jorgia Vaughan
Jorgia began her enviable career as a child, travelling the world with dancing and modelling. Her career began to blossom early on into her profession after making her West End debut in Thriller Live; graduating early from renowned performance institution, Bird College, in 2017. Since then she has performed for Artists around the world such as Robbie Williams, Hugh Jackman, Becky Hill and many more. Jorgia's versatility has seen her perform in films as a featured dancer as well as lending her services as body and dance double to the lead roles. Jorgia's commercial career contains credits for Rimmel, Wren and Barbie, to name a few, while still continuing to dance at incredible spectacles for the UEFA Women's Euro 2022 Final and Men's final in 2021, X-Factor Italy TV show as core cast member and at the MTV EMAs. Since 2019, Jorgia has gone to be a trusted choreography assistant to leading choreographer and creative director Nathan J Clarke for global audiences for TV, theatre and huge live events.

Alfie Williams
Alfie Williams trained for 3 years at Tiffany Theatre College, graduating in 2017. Whilst in training Alfie danced for, Fatherson’s music video “Always” and Sky 1: The Big Movie Singalong And Ant and Dec’s Saturday night takeaway. Since graduating Alfie has worked as a Model for Mac Cosmetics “House of Halloween”, an ensemble dancer for QDOS Pantomimes “Beauty and the Beast”. He has performed alongside Katy Perry at the Brits, and Ella Eyre for MTV The Grind. He returned from a Cruise Ship contract on board P&O Arcadia and is a featured dancer in the Netflix Original Movie “Eurovision” starring Will Ferrell and Rachel McAdams, alongside other corporate work, TV, live events and teaching.

Nicole Hastings
Nicole Hastings, is a Jamaican- English Dancer and Choreographer based in London. Specialising in Artist Movement, Choreography, and Movement Direction she uses her eight years of training and wide vocabulary of dynamic movement to her form a diverse choreographic style, that is undeniably her own. Having 6+ years of experience as a Dancer in the industry, some of her credits include both UK and international artists such as Jorja Smith, Dua Lipa, Saweetie, Nicki Minaj, Little Mix, Nao, RAYE, Bree Runway, Ed Sheeran, and familiar companies such as Disney, Amazon, Netflix, and Adidas. Nicole has worked in both TV and film, Music Videos, and live performances since 2017, and is currently a member of faculty at STC, a London based- training program est. 2022.
